I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room with a whirlpool jacuzzi on the second level with a balcony in a Toucan Suite 2 Bedroom was amazing. The service was top-notch, especially with Mike the manager accommodating my last-minute request. The location was perfect, right by the water park. The dining experience was lovely, with fresh vegetables. The facilities were great overall.
